A club website and registration that run themselves.

A professional website for your team or league, online registration and forms, and the automations that save your volunteers hours every season. For hockey clubs, live stats come straight from HockeyOS.

Mock-up of the Harbour Hawks Hockey website on a laptop, with its online registration form open on a phone.

A good fit if

  • Registration still runs on paper, email and spreadsheets
  • Volunteers spend their evenings answering the same questions
  • Your website is out of date by the second week of the season

A club site families actually use.

The pages families check every week, kept up to date by your volunteers in minutes. Click through a sample site for Harbour Hawks Hockey, a fictional club.

Run by your volunteers A coach posts a rink change from their phone and every family sees it. No developer, no waiting.

The Harbour Hawks Hockey homepage: a strip of upcoming games, the club name over a game-night scene with a register button, links to each team, and the latest news.

The schedule page: games and practices by day with rinks and times, a rink change posted by the team manager, and the U13 A standings from HockeyOS.

The U13 A team page: the season record, an eight-player roster with goals and assists, the next game, staff and practice times.

The partners page: a season partner, a wall of local business logos with open spots, and what partners get.

Not sure which fits? We'll recommend one.

Set up before registration opens.

  1. Step 1: Season check

We map how registration, communication and the website run today, and what volunteers dread most.

  2. Step 2: Plan

Pages, forms and automations, planned around your season dates.

  3. Step 3: Build

The site, registration and automations, tested with a real family sign-up.

  4. Step 4: Train

Volunteers learn to update the site and run registration themselves.

  5. Step 5: Open registration

We go live before your registration window and watch the first sign-ups with you.

Questions people ask first.

Can volunteers update the website?

Yes. We build with an editor anyone can use, and we train your volunteers before handover.

Do you work with leagues and associations?

Yes. We work with single teams, clubs, leagues and academies, from minor and amateur levels up.

Do we need HockeyOS?

Only if you're a hockey organization that wants live stats, game scoring and schedules on your site. HockeyOS is our own platform. For other sports, we set up registration and automations with tools that suit your club.

Can families pay online?

Yes. Registration can take payments and signed waivers online, so nobody chases cheques or paper forms.

When should we start?

Ideally two to three months before registration opens, so everything is tested before families arrive.

Tell us where you're starting.

Share your company, your budget range and what you need. We'll come back with a plan and a quote, and everything we build stays yours.

No strings attached. No obligation, and everything we build is in your name.
