Clubs and sports organizations

Our partner network.

Incorporation, legal agreements, accounting and tax are regulated work, so we don't do them ourselves. We plan them with you and bring in trusted partners, such as lawyers and accountants, who do.

Our disclosure: some partners may pay us a referral fee when you work with them. We'll always tell you when that's the case, and you're free to use your own professionals instead.

Is Viralocity one company or two?

One company, Viralocity Media Ltd., with two divisions. Viralocity Media works with businesses and Viralocity Sports works with teams and leagues. Same team, same way of working.

Who will I actually talk to?

Kaelan House, our founder, who leads growth marketing and full stack development. Kaelan plans your project with you, sends the quote and stays your point of contact until it's handed over, and after.

Do I own what you build?

Yes. Domains, accounts, code and brand files are in your name from day one. If you ever leave, you take everything with you.

Do you work outside Vancouver?

Yes. We work with businesses and sports organizations across BC and beyond. Our growth work for RunMotion Coach reached runners in Canada, the USA, Australia and the UK.

Do you handle legal or accounting work?

No. For incorporation, legal agreements, accounting and tax, we bring in trusted partners who do that work properly, and we tell you if a partner pays us a referral fee.

Where are your prices?

Every project is different, so there's no price list. Pick a budget range on the enquiry form and we'll come back with a written plan and a quote that fits it.
