Do you meet in person?
Yes, anywhere in the Lower Mainland. Kickoffs, workshops, shoots and training can happen at your place. Everything in between runs on calls and shared documents, so you're never waiting on a meeting to move forward.
Do you travel for video and photo shoots?
Yes. We bring our own camera, lighting and audio gear to your location anywhere in the Lower Mainland. For shoots further afield, we talk through travel when we plan the shoot.
Do you only work with Vancouver businesses?
No. We're based in Vancouver and meet Lower Mainland clients in person, and we work with businesses and clubs across Canada remotely. Websites, branding, software and HockeyOS run the same way at a distance.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the scope. A brand refresh or a small website moves faster than custom software. Before any work starts you get a written plan with dates, and we tell you early if anything changes.
Who owns what you build?
You do. Domains, hosting, accounts, source files and footage are set up in your name from the start and handed over at the end.
Can you help a local sports club?
Yes. Viralocity Sports designs crests, kits and team stores and builds club websites and registration, and HockeyOS runs stats, schedules and rosters for minor hockey. We can meet the board at the rink.
